Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsar Network ("Pulsar", "we", "us") handles information in connection with pulsarnetwork.xyz (the "Service"). We have built the Service to be privacy-respecting: it has no user accounts and we collect as little as possible.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, password, or wallet credentials to use the Service. We never have access to, request, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or funds.

2. Information processed when you visit

The Service is a static website hosted by a third-party hosting/CDN provider. Like virtually all websites, that provider may automatically process standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and to deliver the site. We may use a privacy-focused, aggregate analytics tool to understand overall traffic; where we do, it is configured to avoid tracking cookies and to not identify individual visitors. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Local storage in your browser

The Service may store small preferences (for example, your "favourite" nodes or your selected network) in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

4. Third-party services

Some features rely on independent third parties, and when you use them your browser communicates directly with those providers, who may receive your IP address and related request data under their own privacy policies. These include, without limitation: the embedded token-swap interface (Jupiter), the official staking portal (Xandeum), map tiles, price-data providers, web fonts, and the code/asset host. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data practices.

5. Blockchain data is public

Information you broadcast to a public blockchain (such as wallet addresses and transactions, including any swap or staking activity you initiate) is inherently public, permanent, and outside our control. The node and network data we display is likewise drawn from public sources.

6. Cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies or similar technologies are limited to what is necessary for the site to function or for privacy-respecting aggregate analytics.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for, anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold little to no identifying information about individual visitors, our ability to act on a request may be limited, but you can contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. International users

The Service may be accessed globally and data may be processed in countries other than yours. By using the Service you understand that processing may occur outside your country of residence.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Contact form and your messages

If you use the on-site message box, the message you write and any reply contact you choose to provide (an email address or X handle) are transmitted to us. Submissions are processed by our third-party form provider, Web3Forms, which relays them to us by email under its own privacy policy; we then receive and store the message in our email inbox. Purpose: we use this information solely to read and respond to your message. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell it. Retention: we keep messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and reasonable follow-up. Deletion: you can ask us to delete your message at any time by emailing contact@pulsarnetwork.xyz. Providing contact details is optional, but without them we cannot reply.
