Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of pulsarnetwork.xyz and any related pages, content, and tools (the "Service") operated by Pulsar Network ("Pulsar", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pulsar Network is an independent, community-built website that displays publicly available information about the Xandeum pNode network (such as node status, locations, software versions, stake, uptime, and related metrics), publishes educational articles, and provides convenience links and tools including an embedded third-party token-swap interface and links to third-party staking. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

2. No affiliation with Xandeum

Pulsar Network is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Xandeum, the Xandeum Foundation, Xandeum Labs, or any related entity, unless and until expressly stated in writing. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

3. Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy, sell, stake, or hold any digital asset or security. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we owe you no fiduciary duty. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You should conduct your own research and consult a qualified professional before taking any action. Any forward-looking statements are opinions, not guarantees.

4. Information is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate

Data shown on the Service is aggregated from public sources (including the network's public pRPC gossip roster and public on-chain data) and third-party providers, and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information, and you must not rely on it for any decision with financial consequences. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

5. Digital asset risk

Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative and may lose all value. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Risks include, without limitation, market volatility, total loss of funds, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network failures or outages, slashing or penalties, loss of private keys, phishing, and changing laws and regulations. You accept all such risks. Never transact with funds you cannot afford to lose.

6. Third-party services, swaps, and staking

The Service may surface or embed third-party services, including but not limited to token-swap functionality provided by Jupiter, staking and delegation via the official Xandeum staking portal, mapping tiles, and price data providers. These services are operated by independent third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party service, smart contract, or website, or for any transaction you enter into with or through them. Any swap, stake, delegation, or other transaction is solely between you and the relevant third party and/or the blockchain, executed from your own self-custodied wallet. We never take custody of your assets or private keys.

7. Swap fee disclosure

Where you use the embedded swap interface, a platform fee of one percent (1%) of the swap amount applies and is disclosed in the interface at the time of the transaction. A portion of this fee (currently approximately 0.8%) is received by Pulsar; the remainder is retained by the underlying swap provider. Fees, routing, pricing, and slippage are determined by the third-party swap provider, not by Pulsar. We do not guarantee any price, rate, execution, or outcome.

8. Staking and rewards

References to staking, delegation, "Match Delegation", boosts, STOINC, commissions, or rewards describe third-party programs and are not promises by Pulsar. Rewards are variable, are not guaranteed, depend on factors outside our control, and may be reduced, delayed, or eliminated. Commission rates and program terms are subject to change by the relevant operator or network.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure; scrape, mirror, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted; introduce malware; misrepresent your affiliation; or use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law or sanctions.

10. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service or transacting in digital assets is prohibited, and that you are not a person subject to sanctions or on any prohibited-party list. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

11. Intellectual property

The Service's original content, design, and code are owned by Pulsar Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share links to the content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. All other rights are reserved. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

12. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSAR NETWORK AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, OR ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT OF FEES WE ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR USD 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulsar Network and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
